  5. Be accountable (find a friend or personal trainer to help keep you on track)
  6. Remind yourself daily of the benefits of exercise/ proper nutrition
  7. Never skip breakfast (it helps to boost the metabolism)
  8. Drink plenty of fresh clean water (preferably 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces)
  9. Make time to stretch daily (10-15 minutes)
