10 Tips to Get Fit in 2011
:
Set attainable/realistic goals (don't rush yourself)
Get a full physical (Consult with doctor about your intentions)
Always have a detailed plan (without a vision.... you plan to fail)
Keep a journal (Documentation increases production)
Be accountable (find a friend or personal trainer to help keep you on track)
Remind yourself daily of the benefits of exercise/ proper nutrition
Never skip breakfast (it helps to boost the metabolism)
Drink plenty of fresh clean water (preferably 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces)
Make time to stretch daily (10-15 minutes)
Get the help of an expert (personal trainer, etc)
