As a former collegiate athlete, current fitness specialist, and nutrition supplement distributor, I have always had a special interest in the field of fitness and wellness. Massage therapy and personal training have afforded me the opportunity to broaden my horizons and help many people desiring to have a better quality of life. After spending many years in the field of law enforcement I have found a passion in assisting others in a different way. My goal is to help as many people as possible by providing top-notch customer service, while educating them on ways to achieve a better quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am presently certified with the NGA-National Gym Association which hosts a variety of drug-free bodybuilding events throughout the U.S. I am also a nationally certified massage therapist and state licensed with the Virginia Board of nursing to perform therapeutic massage in the state of Virginia.
